Your hidden superpower

You already know you should use your powers for good. And I bet you are actively doing just that, every day, in teeny, tiny and great big mighty ways.

One opportunity we often miss to use our powers for good is tucked inside our imaginations. What we can dream up is incredibly powerful. Our imaginations create art, magic, stories. It can also create fear, overwhelm, and stuck-ness when we let it.

One small step you can take to harness the power of imagination for good is to look at just one item on your to-do list for today or this week. Spend a few moments imagining yourself working on that item and enjoying it. Finding meaning in it. Feeling satisfaction in it. Seeing the bigger impact it will have on your life or someone else’s. Let the good all the way in with your imagination.

This moment in history we are all living through is an opportunity to imagine. We can let our imaginations run away to the very worst possible scenarios, or we can intentionally use our imagination to hold a vision of the world we want. Holding that vision in our imaginations helps us take very different steps forward than the vision cast by worst case scenario thinking.

Sending you best case scenarios in all your tiny and mighty moves,

Christin
